Distant Healing
Receiving Reiki as a distant healing session is just as powerful as receiving a hands on treatment. This can be pre-arranged at a convenient time for you. All that is required is for you to either sit or lie down somewhere that is quiet and relaxing. If there is a particular condition that you would like the healing directed to, please do mention this but know that the Reiki healing will be sent for your highest good. You may wish to play some gentle music or light a candle or some incense to help create a relaxing atmosphere.
It can be helpful to use Distant Healing in circumstances where, for example, a person is recovering from an operation in hospital. Distant Reiki can also help ease stressful situations and is particularly helpful for those who are unable to travel. Distant Reiki is subtle and gentle, yet very powerful at the same time.
